The World Army has a promotion scale that all Soldiers O-1+ must adhere to as this states the range of ranking you may promote or demote to:
WO1 ---> PVT - CPL
CW2 ---> PVT - SGT
CW3 ---> PVT - SFC
CW4 ---> PFC - 1SG
Cw5 ---> SPC - CSM
2LT ---> PVT - CW5
1LT ---> PVT - 2LT
CPT ---> PVT - 1LT
MAJ ---> PVT - CPT
LTC ---> PVT - MAJ
COL ---> PVT - LTC
BG ---> PVT - COL
MG ---> PVT - BG
LTG ---> PVT - MG
GEN ---> PVT - LTG
GA ---> PVT - GEN
PROMOTIONS
if they are active:
PVT ---> after obtaining 2 FEATs
PFC ---> 1-2 days
SPC ---> 2 days
CPL ---> 3 days
SGT ---> 5 days
SSG ---> 7 days
SFC ---> 10 days
1SG ---> 15 days
CSM ---> 30 days
DESERTERS
If a Soldier of the World Army for any reason, goes active without posting a leave - they will be considered a Double jobbing. Upon desertion; if they know they have the time to dedicate their time to the World Army, they may come back at a Three ranks demotion as a consequence for deserting the World Army.
DISCHARGE
Reasonable measures must be taken before attempting to discharge a Soldier from the World Army, the following is the measures that should be taken in order to prevent dislike between our Soldiers and install a fair disciplinary system.
Warning
Promotion locked for 15 days
1 rank demotion
3 rank demotion
Suspension for x amount of time
Dishonorable Discharge
